Anne Howard Gallery has been in business for over 25 years, successfully operating and growing as a dealer’s dealer with a vast network. As of the Spring of 2020, we are launching our retail business with an online presence working directly with consumers, Art Consultants, and Interior Designers. Later this year we will be displaying our inventory in gallery spaces across NYC as well as art fairs when they resume.
As you browse our inventory you will find that our tastes are eclectic. While the majority of our works were created in the 19th and early 20th century we are appreciative of artistic principles as they have been applied to the abstract and modern approaches and continue to acquire such work.
Our business model is predicated on our knowledge, acumen, and discerning eyes. Whether it is a painting worth a few hundred or tens of thousands of dollars, we have a strong affinity towards art that is born of rigorous academic training and deep attention to the craft, irrespective of the pedigree of the artist. Lastly, given that we have maintained a low operating budget with a minimal brick and mortar presence over the years, we are able to offer quality works of art at fair-market prices.
